Ley constitucional<\/strong> Se tiende a suponer que la autoridad proviene de la ley: que las personas cumplen una instrucci\u00f3n porque proviene de un funcionario designado por la ley.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPero la realidad suele ser mucho m\u00e1s complicada. La autoridad de una instituci\u00f3n puede verse influenciada por m\u00faltiples factores: su historia, identidad, popularidad o niveles de confianza p\u00fablica. La autoridad de una instituci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n puede cambiar con el tiempo. Puede volverse m\u00e1s fuerte, o puede colapsar.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El objetivo de la investigaci\u00f3n es investigar este tema hablando directamente con las personas cuyas opiniones dan forma a la autoridad institucional: l\u00edderes pol\u00edticos, funcionarios gubernamentales y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, la gente com\u00fan. Al preguntar a las personas sus puntos de vista sobre las instituciones que los gobiernan, el equipo del proyecto espera desarrollar una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo funcionan realmente los sistemas constitucionales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
