Un an\u00e1lisis jur\u00eddico, emp\u00edrico y comparativo de cuatro jurisdicciones desde la perspectiva del g\u00e9nero, el discurso populista y los derechos humanos."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Por Silvia Gagliardi, Eoin Carolan, Som Banerjee, Demian Iglesias Seifret y Daniela Guti\u00e9rrez Rodr\u00edguez<\/em> en\u00a0<em>Estudios Jur\u00eddicos Latinoamericanos\u00a0<\/em>(2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abstracto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 influencia podr\u00edan tener las concepciones populares de la identidad nacional y constitucional en la posici\u00f3n de los grupos marginados o minoritarios dentro de ese sistema? En este art\u00edculo, investigamos si, y en qu\u00e9 medida, puede haber una relaci\u00f3n entre ambos. Lo hacemos sobre la base de un an\u00e1lisis legal, emp\u00edrico y comparativo de cuatro jurisdicciones (Polonia, Hungr\u00eda, Uruguay y Argentina) a trav\u00e9s del prisma del g\u00e9nero. La literatura pol\u00edtica y constitucional sugiere la presencia de ret\u00f3rica populista en la pol\u00edtica interna de cada estado. Sin embargo, son distintos en maneras potencialmente relevantes, incluyendo diferentes marcos regionales de derechos humanos, desempe\u00f1os variables en \u00edndices de democracia y diferentes formas de populismo que la literatura ha identificado en ellos.
