El proyecto investiga los factores que contribuyen al establecimiento y mantenimiento de la gobernanza constitucional y el estado de derecho a trav\u00e9s de seis estudios de caso. <br><br>El objetivo general del proyecto es identificar los factores que configuran estos procesos y las posibles respuestas a ellos, con especial atenci\u00f3n a comprender c\u00f3mo se preserva o debilita la autoridad de instituciones como los tribunales, el parlamento y otros organismos p\u00fablicos. El equipo del proyecto ha recopilado y est\u00e1 analizando actualmente datos de los seis estudios de caso.
