Projekt bada czynniki, kt\u00f3re przyczyniaj\u0105 si\u0119 do ustanowienia i utrzymania rz\u0105d\u00f3w konstytucyjnych i praworz\u0105dno\u015bci w sze\u015bciu studiach przypadk\u00f3w. <br><br>G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem projektu jest zidentyfikowanie czynnik\u00f3w kszta\u0142tuj\u0105cych te procesy; oraz potencjalnych odpowiedzi na nie, ze szczeg\u00f3lnym naciskiem na zrozumienie, w jaki spos\u00f3b autorytet instytucji takich jak s\u0105dy, parlament i inne organy publiczne jest zachowywany lub os\u0142abiany. Zesp\u00f3\u0142 projektowy zebra\u0142 i obecnie analizuje dane z sze\u015bciu studi\u00f3w przypadk\u00f3w.
