Projektet unders\u00f6ker de faktorer som bidrar till uppr\u00e4ttandet och uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5llandet av konstitutionell styrning och r\u00e4ttsstatsprincipen i sex fallstudier. <br><br>Det \u00f6vergripande m\u00e5let med projektet \u00e4r att identifiera de faktorer som formar dessa processer; och potentiella svar p\u00e5 dem, med s\u00e4rskilt fokus p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur auktoriteten hos institutioner som domstolar, parlament och andra offentliga organ bevaras eller f\u00f6rsvagas. Projektgruppen har samlat in och analyserar f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande data fr\u00e5n de sex fallstudierna.
